What this center covers
This Trust Center connects the public pages that explain Limowo's marketplace workflow, platform role, account signals, moderation and appeals, privacy and data processing, cookie controls, safety rules, fee transparency, security reporting, availability communication, support paths, accessibility intent, and agent/API boundaries.
Account and identity signals
Limowo uses account status and verified contact signals to provide context before people interact. These signals reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee a person, listing, product, payment, or transaction.
Privacy and data protection
The Privacy, Privacy Rights, Cookies, and Data Processing pages explain what data Limowo uses, why it is used, consent choices, retention and deletion, processors, transfers, and how to request access or exercise privacy rights.
Marketplace safety
The Verification, Safety, Safe Trading, Terms, Fees, and Support pages explain trust signals, prohibited listings, safer trading practices, moderation, dispute boundaries, appeals, CHF and payment clarity, and how to report a concern.
Security, availability, and support
The Security and Status pages explain responsible vulnerability reporting, testing limits, security contacts, service availability, planned maintenance, and incident communication. Support is available at limowo.ch@gmail.com.
Agent and API boundaries
The Agent Policy and public agent contracts describe allowed discovery, data minimization, excluded capabilities, and where human approval is required. Agents cannot bypass account authorization or silently approve marketplace actions.
Get help or report a concern
Use the contact and support pages for account, listing, moderation, privacy, or safety questions. Security researchers should follow the responsible reporting instructions on the Security page.
