Respectful local behavior
Limowo should be used for practical local exchange, not harassment, discrimination, hate, threats, spam, manipulation, impersonation, or attempts to evade marketplace rules. Profiles, messages, listings, and producer pages should be accurate enough for other users to make informed decisions.
Honest listings and messages
Listings and conversations should be truthful about item condition, ownership, price, location, availability, pickup or delivery expectations, defects, included accessories, and timing. Users should not use bait-and-switch tactics, pressure, misleading urgency, or unusual payment requests.
Fair producer and business conduct
Producer and business profiles should not overstate local origin, certifications, availability, pricing, delivery, invoice readiness, tax status, or B2B terms. Product and order expectations should stay clear before Limowo promotes stronger producer trust claims.
Reviews, feedback, and reports
Reviews and feedback should be based on real interactions and should not include retaliation, extortion, private personal data, hate, threats, or unrelated disputes. Reports should include listing, user, message, producer, order, or agent/API references and safe evidence where possible.
Privacy and safety boundaries
Users should avoid sharing passwords, authentication tokens, full payment details, unnecessary identity documents, private addresses, or sensitive third-party data in ordinary listings or messages. Safety concerns, fraud pressure, or suspected illegal activity should be reported through support and local emergency channels when appropriate.
Agent and API behavior
Agent-assisted and API-driven activity must follow the same community rules as human actions. Agents must not impersonate people, publish autonomously, pressure users, bypass approval gates, scrape private data, negotiate off-platform, or handle payments, disputes, account administration, or private messages without explicit authorization and release-gate evidence.
Launch-gate community work
Before Limowo claims mature community operations, it should finalize enforcement categories, reviewer ownership, appeal windows, evidence retention, repeat-abuse controls, report response targets, producer conduct review, agent/API enforcement hooks, and support escalation evidence.
