Why moderation exists
Limowo needs moderation to protect people, producers, marketplace integrity, legal compliance, payment safety, privacy, and reliable agent/API behavior. Moderation should be rule-based, documented, and proportionate to the risk.
Content and behavior in scope
Moderation may cover listings, messages, photos, profiles, producer storefronts, orders, reviews, support reports, verification signals, agent/API actions, suspected fraud, unsafe goods, harassment, spam, counterfeit goods, illegal goods, and repeated policy violations.
Possible enforcement actions
Actions may include asking for corrections, hiding content, removing listings, limiting publication, restricting messaging, pausing producer tools, rejecting verification, rate-limiting agent/API activity, suspending accounts, preserving evidence, or escalating to support or legal review.
Decision basis
Moderation decisions should rely on the published policies, visible content, user reports, marketplace evidence, account history, verification context, payment or delivery risk, audit logs, and operational judgment. Limowo should avoid arbitrary or undocumented enforcement.
Appeals and correction requests
Users should be able to ask Limowo to review important restrictions with relevant evidence, corrected information, listing references, message IDs, producer references, and account context. Final appeal windows, response targets, escalation contacts, and decision authority remain launch gates.
Limits of appeals
Appeals should not override legal duties, safety obligations, fraud prevention, privacy constraints, payment-provider requirements, security response, or evidence preservation. Limowo may keep restrictions in place when risk remains unresolved.
Agent and API moderation
Agent/API activity should follow the same marketplace rules as human actions. Public agents may discover policies, but write actions, messaging, publication, purchases, payment authority, and dispute handling remain feature-gated and human-reviewed where required.
Launch-gate moderation work
Before Limowo claims mature moderation operations, it should finalize prohibited-item rules, escalation contacts, appeal windows, reviewer ownership, evidence retention, audit logging, fraud workflows, producer review rules, agent/API enforcement hooks, and production acceptance evidence.
