Available request types
Users should be able to ask Limowo for information about personal data, correction of inaccurate account details, deletion or account closure, export where technically available, analytics consent changes, and review of a privacy concern.
How to make a request
Send the request from the email address linked to the account where possible. Include the requested action, affected account email or user reference, relevant listing, message, producer, order, payment, or agent/API references, preferred language, and a concise explanation.
Verification before disclosure
Limowo should verify that the requester is allowed to receive or change the data before disclosing account, message, payment, producer, or support information. Do not send passwords, session tokens, full payment details, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
Deletion and retention boundaries
Deletion or account closure may be limited where records must be kept for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, legal claims, audit logs, or operational integrity. Public listings, messages, and producer records may need separate review depending on their state.
Consent and objection
Analytics consent can be rejected from the public cookie banner and, where available, managed from profile privacy controls. Users may also object to specific processing or ask for a privacy review when they believe a workflow uses more data than needed.
Operational launch gates
Before Limowo claims mature privacy operations, it should finalize the verified controller, privacy contact, request intake, identity checks, response targets, retention map, export format, deletion workflow, appeal path, processor register, and audit evidence.
