1. Platform role
Limowo provides marketplace software for discovering listings, communicating with users, publishing producer storefronts, and operating selected B2B producer order flows. Unless an order flow explicitly says otherwise, Limowo is not the seller, buyer, owner, shipper, or guarantor of user-listed goods.
2. Accounts and verification
Users must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. Limowo may require email verification, Swiss phone verification, business profile review, or additional checks before allowing sensitive actions such as publishing, messaging, producer ordering, or admin access.
3. Listings and prohibited content
Listings must be truthful, lawful, placed in the correct category, and include accurate price, condition, location, delivery, and availability information. Limowo may block or remove unsafe, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, explicit, hateful, or abusive content.
4. Prices, payments, and subscriptions
Prices shown to users should be in CHF and include required supplements, taxes, delivery charges, and payment terms where the flow supports checkout or ordering. Producer tools and agent features may use subscriptions or credits. Stripe or another payment provider may process payment data under its own provider terms.
5. Messages, offers, pickup, and delivery
Users are responsible for checking item condition, counterparties, pickup locations, delivery expectations, and private agreements. Do not send money, personal data, or goods when a transaction appears suspicious. Limowo can review reports and may restrict accounts to protect the marketplace.
6. Moderation and enforcement
Limowo may rate-limit, reject, hide, suspend, delete, or review accounts, listings, messages, uploads, producer profiles, orders, or agent actions when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational integrity.
7. Availability and changes
Limowo is operated with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Product behavior, feature flags, prices, and policies may change as the marketplace evolves. Material legal wording should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
