Trust model

Limowo uses email and Swiss phone verification, listing moderation, review workflows, privacy requests, account deletion controls, and audit trails to make the marketplace safer without pretending to replace user judgment.

• Users remain responsible for verifying counterparties, item condition, pickup details, and private agreements.
• Public profile and listing data is shown only when it is meant to be public.
• Suspicious content, unsafe goods, and abuse can be reviewed or removed.
