Discover local supply
Users can browse marketplace listings, free-giving flows, and search results by category, location, condition, and practical pickup or delivery context.
Create or manage listings
Sellers should publish accurate titles, descriptions, photos, categories, price, condition, location, pickup or delivery expectations, and availability. Limowo may require account, email, Swiss phone, account, or seller verification before sensitive actions.
Message and agree details
Buyers and sellers should use messaging to clarify item condition, included accessories, pickup location, delivery expectations, timing, payment method, and any private agreement before exchanging money or goods.
Pickup, delivery, and payment
Unless a specific checkout or order flow says otherwise, users remain responsible for private pickup, delivery, payment, and condition checks. Prices should be clear in CHF, and users should avoid unusual payment requests, pressure, or off-platform fraud signals.
Free items and local discovery
The free-giving flow should make useful local reuse simple while still respecting safety and moderation rules. Separate account and optional paid tools should not be presented as the main marketplace flow.
Safety, verification, and moderation
Verification signals, moderation, support, and safety policies help users evaluate risk, but they do not replace user judgment. Users should report suspicious listings, unsafe goods, abusive messages, misleading profiles, payment pressure, or suspected fraud.
Agent-assisted workflows
Agent and API surfaces can help with discovery, planning, and prepared actions only within documented boundaries. Publication, messaging, purchases, payments, dispute handling, and private account actions remain gated behind authorization, feature flags, and human review where required.
Launch-gate workflow work
Before Limowo claims mature end-to-end marketplace operations, it should finalize legal wording, payment and invoice rules, dispute handling, moderation operations, support response targets, verification criteria, agent/API gates, and Hetzner acceptance-test records.
