Fee transparency

Limowo is designed around clear Swiss marketplace pricing: zero platform listing fees for ordinary marketplace listings, transparent optional paid listing tools, and launch-gate VAT/payment details before commercial promotion.

Marketplace listings
Ordinary buy, sell, and giveaway listings are intended to have no Limowo platform listing fee. Sellers and buyers remain responsible for any private payment, delivery, pickup, taxes, or third-party costs they agree outside a Limowo checkout flow.
Optional paid tools
Seller profiles, agent tools, subscriptions, credits, promotions, or optional checkout features may be paid products. Paid product pages should show the price, billing period, included credits or limits, cancellation terms, and any applicable tax treatment before checkout.
- Pricing must be easy to compare before a account subscribes or buys credits.
- Any recurring plan should show renewal timing and cancellation expectations.
- Invoices, receipts, and billing support remain launch-gate operations requirements.
Payments and checkout
Where Limowo supports payment or checkout, the flow should clearly show the amount in CHF, payment provider, delivery or pickup expectations, refund or cancellation notes, and who is the seller of record. Stripe or another provider may process payment data under its own terms.
VAT and legal review
Final VAT/MWST status, tax wording, invoice requirements, subscription terms, and seller-of-record language must be verified before commercial launch. Limowo should not claim final tax treatment until the legal entity and VAT status are confirmed.
No hidden agent fees
Agent/API features should not create hidden marketplace charges. If a delegated agent action uses credits, subscriptions, or a paid capability, the human or account must be able to see that cost before approval.
