Why producer standards matter
Limowo's producer area should help buyers, retailers, and local businesses understand who they are dealing with, what is offered, and which ordering or support boundaries apply before a purchase or B2B conversation starts.
Producer profile expectations
Producer profiles should use accurate public business details, clear contact or support expectations, relevant location context, truthful descriptions, current product information, and no misleading local, organic, certification, or availability claims.
Storefront and product quality
Storefronts should present products with clear names, photos where available, units, quantities, availability, delivery or pickup context, storage or handling notes where relevant, and CHF pricing or quote expectations where the flow supports them.
Verification and reviewed signals
Local producer or business signals should be based on reviewed profile evidence and operational checks. A producer signal is not a product certification, food-safety approval, insurance, guarantee, or substitute for buyer due diligence.
B2B orders and payment boundaries
B2B ordering, invoicing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, substitutions, delivery, and payment responsibility should be explicit in the relevant flow. Until final terms are reviewed, Limowo should avoid claiming seller-of-record, tax, invoice, or payment guarantees.
Moderation and support
Producer profiles, products, messages, orders, and agent/API actions should remain subject to marketplace safety, moderation, verification, support, and data-protection rules. Reports should include producer references, product names, order references, screenshots, and observed behavior.
Agent and API producer workflows
Agent/API surfaces may help discover producers, inspect public product information, or prepare actions only within documented boundaries. Publication, ordering, payment, messaging, and dispute handling remain gated behind authorization and human review where required.
Launch-gate producer work
Before Limowo claims mature producer operations, it should finalize onboarding criteria, evidence retention, review ownership, product-quality rules, B2B terms, invoice and VAT/MWST handling, support escalation, moderation workflows, agent/API boundaries, and production acceptance evidence.
